Q. How do you charge?

We charge in one of two ways for our recruitment services; a percentage fee or a retainer. The percentage fee is based on the joining/starting salary of the selected candidate and is normally payable once the candidate starts work with you. This is the most common form of charging if you don’t find a suitable candidate, you don’t have to pay us anything

Q. What happens if the employee leaves?

We will also offer you a free replacement period. If the candidate leaves your organization within that period, then we will replace him /her free of cost.

Q. How do you handle candidate referencing?

Proper reference checks need to be carried out before hiring any new employees but it can be very time consuming.

We will be confirming identity and speaking to ex-employers on your company’s behalf, which will give you more trust and confidence in the candidates that are supplied.

Q. Are all your recruitment consultants experienced in their field?

Yes, the recruiters/consultants in each of our divisions have significant recruitment experience of the sector in which they are functioning. This gives them added insight into your requirements and ensures they understand any industry jargon well.

Q. Do I get direct access to the recruitment consultant?

Absolutely – yes. It is what employers want and value most.

Q. How quickly can I expect to hear from a recruitment consultant after I have selected the agency?

It’s fast! The normal response is within 45 minutes, however certainly within 12-hours of enquiry.
